About

Nicole A. Dugger LCPC, CADC

Nicole A. Dugger LCPC, CADC is a solution-focused therapist with over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings. Her goal is to help you uncover your true potential while feeling empowered. While difficult situations of the past can't be changed, she works with you to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, she can help to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life to help you get on a more positive path to growth and well-being. Matt Quinn, LCPC, CADC is an associate therapist of the practice currently offering telehealth. He has been counseling adolescents and adults for over 15 years. He has worked with clients on a variety of issues including substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, anger management, parenting, family conflict, codependence and relationship issues. Matt specializes in substance use and abuse as well as parenting. The rapport that is built through trust, comfort, and humor creates an environment that invites growth and change. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
